Hi! My name is Tamar. I am a business woman, a professional fitness model, an NPC Figure competitor, an author on bodybuilding.com, a wife to a super sexy husband, and a mother to 2 gorgeous dogs, BoBo and Bella.
I have worked out since I was young. My mother home-schooled my brother and I until I was in 6th grade.
She used to bring us to the gym and that is where I learned my love for working out. I am going to be competing
a lot this year and I am looking forward to it.
My business, Tamar Fitness Group, LLC is all about health, fitness, training, and learning how to make the most
of what the good LORD gave each of us naturally. I want people, especially women to feel welcome at my website.I want people to feel like they really are part of my life and that my stories, training advice, nutrition advice, and life advice are all worthwhile to them. I want to be YOUR LIFE-FITNESS COACH.
One of my biggest goals this year is to really get Oxygenfit Brand Fitness Products on the minds of everyone who trains!!! These products are awesome and I am so proud to be part of the Oxygenfit Team!!! I am a firm believer that training with many different methods is extremely important in transforming and shaping your physique the way one would like for it to be!
Another passion of mine would be the breed of dogs called American Pitbull Terriers and American Staffordshire Terriers.These great dogs are getting a bad rap due to the fact that many people who should not own them, do, then abuse them and they become mean and unpredictable. I am going to work hard to fight Breed Specific Legislation. I was raised my whole life with Pitbulls and I am very distraught over the fact that people want to take away my right to own a breed of dog that I know for a fact are awesome family dogs and are as mentally stable as any other dog.
Last but not least, I want everyone to know that I take pride in how I treat people!
